What you'll do
Captivating, positive, and high-quality client communication.
Identifying areas of improvement to documentation, workflow, and Revenue Cycle Management process by taking initiative and utilizing effective problem-solving skills.
Supervising a multi-disciplinary team of people (on-shore and off-shore) responsible for all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management including but not limited to charge, payment posing, A/R follow-up, denials, rejections, and appealed claims.
Analyzing trends through software reporting and expert usage of Excel to isolate problematic billing issues requiring improvement.
Oversee AR Managers and all staff in account manager’s department.
Review and assess quality trends of staff performance.
Coach and develop staff alongside AR Manager and Team Leads.
Actively engage with client stakeholders on process improvement and industry news.
Conduct monthly meetings with clients.
Manage and conduct staffing reviews.
Present reports to the leadership team informing them of any necessary staffing changes.
Manage and oversee practice key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communicate client’s RCM health status.
Communicate to client areas for improvement (i.e. coding, modifier usage, workflow optimization, new lines of revenue, etc.
What we're looking for
Qualified candidates will have achieved at least an associate degree in the field of medical billing or related-field and/or have 2-3 years of related medical billing/ AR management experience.
Experience and background in Physician Professional Billing, specifically in the Podiatric area of Healthcare.
Candidates must have experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions.
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
Some limited travel may be required.
This is a work-from-home position, so qualified candidates must have a professional working environment in their home including phone and internet connectivity.
Multi-specialty experience in billing, specifically in the Podiatric area of Healthcare.
