This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to our Controller.

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices and cash disbursements across multiple entities
• Perform monthly reconciliations between accounts payable and cash disbursements
• Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ability to process over 300 invoices monthly (and growing) and integrate accounts payable function of new partnerships
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors
• Special Projects, as needed – primarily AP balance consolidation and     vendor management
• All other duties as needed and assigned.

• High school diploma, associate’s degree in accounting preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience with accounts payable.
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytic abilities.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or Stampli is a plus.
• Ability to function well in afast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at adesk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to10 pounds at times.
