What you'll do

·       Manages client group as assignedby the Director of ClientServices

·       Manages communication/client relationsbetween APS and practice administrators/managers

·       Ensures the highestphysician practice satisfaction through client needs assessment and qualityassurance review

·       Regularly monitors the revenue cycleto identify trends,investigates, and communicates those trends toclients and APS operations as necessary

·       Routes practice/client requeststo appropriate department for resolution/action

·       Provides client with timely data on a broad varietyof requests

·       Interfaces with clientsto improve/streamline the flow of work from practice to APS.

·       Schedules regular meetingswith clients and internal APS departments / staff

·       Communicates regularly with internal departments to maintain consistency, identify potential areas for improvement and shareinformation.

·       Meets with prospective clients to promotenew business for APS.

·       Maintains compliance with governmental and industry requirements.

·       Makes Recommendations to the Directorof Client Services.

What we're looking for

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field.

·       Minimum five years’experience dealing with group practices / practice administrators, preferably in a third-party billing environment.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Officesuite

·       Knowledge of medicalbilling compliance guidelines

·       Familiarity of physicianpractice and medicalbilling operations

·       Prior Medical billingexperience

·       Customer/client service traininga plus

·       Ability to grow with a company, travelon a regular basis, motivateothers, communicate in aprofessional manner, and multi-task

·       Solutions oriented, professional attitude, team player,exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to thinkanalytically

·       Ability to partnerwith the APS team as well as the client
