What you'll do

·       Oversee client group and supervise team of client service managers.

·       Ensures the highest physician practice satisfaction through client needs assessment and quality assurance review

·       Supervising a multi-disciplinary team of people responsible for all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management including but not limited to identify trends, investigating, and communicating those trends to clients and APS operations as necessary.

·       Routes practice/client requests to appropriate department for resolution/action. Handling escalated requests.

·       Provides client with timely data on a broad variety of requests.

·       Review and assess quality trends of staff performance.

·       Coach and develop staff alongside Client Service Managers

·       Manage and conduct staffing reviews.

·       Manage and oversee practice key performance indicators (KPIs).

·       Interfaces with clients to improve/streamline the flow of work from practice to APS.

·       Schedules regular meetings with clients and internal APS departments / staff

·       Communicates regularly with internal departments to maintain consistency, identify potential areas for improvement and share information.

·       Meets with prospective clients to promote new business for APS.

·       Maintains compliance with governmental and industry requirements.

·       Travel Requirement up to 25%

What we're looking for

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field.

·       Minimum five years’ experience dealing with group practices / practice administrators, preferably in a third-party billing environment.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

·       Knowledge of medical billing compliance guidelines

·       Familiarity of physician practice and medical billing operations

·       Prior Medical billing experience

·       Customer/client service training a plus

·       Ability to grow with a company, travel on a regular basis, motivate others,communicate in a professional manner, and multi-task

·       Solutions oriented, professional attitude, team player, exceptional communication skills(written and verbal), and ability to think analytically

·       Ability to partner with the APS team as well as the client
