Become an Assembler! We are looking for a NGE Configuration Specialist to join our Affiliated Professional Services team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to our Director of Billing.

• Assist with daily NextGen tasks as assigned by the Director of Billing
• Manage provider related tasks and team requests for adding payers.
• Update and map generic payers
• Manage all data entry tasks within NGE.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations and respond to user requests and problems.
• Assist in upkeep of all documentation and make appropriate changes.
• Perform assigned tasks per documented instructions/processes.
• Handle all changes and cleanups in NGE as required to keep the billing processes running smoothly.
• Assist with projects and additional tasks as needed.

• NextGen experience and a Medical Billing background is required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• The ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude.
• Detail-oriented individuals who are team players highly self-motivated.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.
